Where we ship We ship from the UK to the United Kingdom, the European Union and most countries worldwide

Order value is your basket total in GBP, before shipping. The exact shipping cost is always shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time We aim to dispatch every order within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and UK bank holidays). Orders placed at weekends or on bank holidays are processed the next business day. Daily cut-off time is 12:00 UK time. During busy periods such as new drops, sales and Christmas, dispatch may take a little longer.
Delivery times Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: [e.g. 2–4 business days]
- European Union: [e.g. 5–10 business days]
- Rest of the world: [e.g. 7–21 business days]
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and can be affected by carrier or customs delays.
Carriers and tracking We send orders with Royal Mail. Once your order is dispatched, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link
Customs, duties and taxes Orders outside the UK may be charged import duties, VAT or other taxes by the destination country. These are outside our control and are payable by the customer on delivery. If a parcel is refused because charges weren't paid you will receive a refund minus original shipping and return costs.
Address details Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email team@latebrakesupply.co as soon as possible and we'll do our best to update it before dispatch. Once shipped we can't redirect parcels, and re-delivery costs for incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility
Lost, delayed or damaged parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, email team@latebrakesupply.co with your order number and photos of any damage within 14 days of expected delivery.
Returns For returns and refunds, see our Refund Policy. You have 30 days, items must be in their original condition, and return postage is paid by the customer.
